Summer is a time for celebration. Try this dynamic summer celebration granita recipe from Chef Alex. Granita is one of the most refreshing desserts/ice/cocktail you can have. Originally from Sicily, now this curious dessert is found all over the world. Today you can make it at home with our Sweet Maggie and with lemon verbena.

Sweet Maggie and Lemon Verbena Granita

Crushed Ice
3 tbs of Sweet Maggie
1/2 leaf of lemon verbena

Procedure 

Take some crushed ice, about 1 cup per person, and like a mojito, in a mortar, blend 3 tbs of Sweet Maggie and 1/2 leaf of lemon verbena, add it to the ice and you will have the granita ready to go for a nice summer party in your backyard.
